FTC indicates that the CAN-SPAM Act provides that “harvesting email addresses” is a violation of the Act that can give rise to criminal penalties, including imprisonment. Harvesting email addresses via unauthorized access to and use of email addresses secured from the ICF database and using those emails addresses to issue primarily commercial messages is a violation of the CAN-SPAM Act and subjects the sender to both significant civil fines ($16,000 per email) and criminal penalties.

Coaching Communities of Practice (CCoPs) provide a virtual venue for coaches with a shared interest in a specific topic to advance professional development;
deepen their subject-matter expertise; and share
best practices ,emerging trends, tools and tips.p

Each CCoP is steered by volunteer leaders who help facilitate the learning and organize the conversations, ideas, and trends that emerge from the group.
CCoPs are designed to promote active participation from their members: Sharing and discussion is always encouraged.

The last CCoPs of the year happened on the 11th December night during the long weekend in Thailand. Despite that,

Subject Matter Expert Coach Karl (MCC), a member of ICF Global Task Forces since 2018, on the development of new (team) coaching competencies as well as on the training accreditation architecture, and Coach Nat (MCC), the second Thai coach to hold MCC credential in ICF as well as the MD of The Essential Coach Co, Ltd., co-crafted an
interactive session with a touch of self-learning throughout.
Team Coaching is the current trend in the coaching world
and to learn from authentic sources was a rare opportunity.

Pricing
CPs are an ICF Member benefit. CP participation is free for all ICF Members in good standing.
Non-member pricing is THB 200 for a 60-minute session and THB 300 for a 90-minute session.
Joining a CP
CPs are open to all ICF Members. To become an active participant in a CP,
